Transfers to third parties
Payment processing Where you elect to access the Altpay Services, our payment services provider Braintree Payments, a part of PayPal, Inc. (“Braintree”), will process payment information (including card number, security code associated with your card, expiry date) that you provide to Braintree in order to enable payment processing services that you request from us. To enable payment with Braintree, we will inform Braintree about your name and the invoice details. We will receive from Braintree only general information about your payment (e.g. method used, some digits of your credit card), but not your complete payment information.
Legal requirements Moreover, in processing your personal data, we may disclose your personal data: if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of us or our employees, or of other users of the Websites and/or the Services.
